Fundy Du Mont
Fundy Du Mont is a 14 year old, 16 hand, Selle Francais. He was imported into the United States in 2001 to expand his recognition as an international contender and preferential breeding prospect for the U.S. sport horse arena. He is a classically beautiful mover and jumper with natural scope. His wonderfully sane temperment makes it possible to show and breed him simultaneously.
In addition to being a world class athlete, Fundy's lineage is outstanding. His sire, Quidam De Revel by Jalisco, has a superb record in international show jumping at the Grand Prix level. His accomplishments include a bronze medal and an individual 4th place standing at the Barcelona Olympics. He is listed in the World Breeding Federation of Sport Horses (WBFSH) as one of the top 100 show jumpers in the world.
Quidam de Revel's sire, Jalisco B by Alme Z, is currently ranked 2nd as the sire of international show jumpers today, according to the WBFSH. He competed in the Seoul Olympics. To date he has sired 21 horses, 5 of which have won world titles.
